2024 Golf Outing

Ohio Concrete’s 40th Annual Golf Outing

Important Reminders:

  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  August 2nd
  • SPONSOR DEADLINE: July 29th
  • This is a member only event.  You must be a current Ohio Concrete member in good-standing, or invited by a member.
  • Golf is limited to 144 players – 1st-come/1st-served basis
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 Cancellation fee. No refunds after Friday, August 2nd, 2024! No registration will be accepted without payment. Golf is limited to 144 players who will be registered on a first-come, first-serve, basis. The Medallion Club has a no jeans/cargo shorts policy so please dress accordingly. Net profits from the 2024 Ohio Concrete Golf Outing will go to benefit the Roger Jones Education Fund.

  • Hole sponsors are available for all 18 holes. Sponsors will be recognized with a sign at the outing and in all marketing materials.
  • Monetary or in-kind* prize donation valued at $325 minimum
  • Feature your company name on the beverage carts at the outing.

  • Please consider becoming a Tee Gift Sponsor to help with the cost of a quality gift for each golfer. Sponsors will be recognized both at the outing and in all marketing materials.
  • Add raffle tickets to your registration and pick them up the day of the outing. Raffle tickets will also be sold at the registration table and on the course during play. All proceeds raised from the raffle will go to benefit the Roger Jones Education Fund.
  • Provide company name as you would like it to appear on signage and recognition at the outing.
  • Please provide contact email and phone in the event we need to contact you regarding golf registration and/or sponsorship.

Description

The 40th Annual Ohio Concrete Golf Outing will be held on August 12, 2024, at the Medallion Club in Westerville, OH.  The golf outing is a great opportunity for Ohio Concrete members to network with fellow members and professionals within the concrete construction industry.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Show your support by becoming an event sponsor.  Sponsors will be recognized at the outing with a sign at the contest hole/event, in the printed materials at the outing and in all follow-up publications. Sponsorship registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be received by July 29th so we can plan accordingly.  Prizes may be presented to the winners by a representative of the sponsoring company at the awards banquet.  Choose from the following options:

PREMIERE SPONSORSHIPS Include golf for up to 8 people, a hole sponsorship, and exclusive recognition at the outing.

  • GOLD SPONSOR (most popular) $2,200 – includes golf for 8, and a hole sponsorship
  • SILVER SPONSOR $1,600 – includes golf for 4, and a hole sponsorship
  • BRONZE SPONSOR $1,000 – includes golf for 2, and a hole sponsorship

TEAM PRIZE SPONSORS

  • 1st Place Team Prize Sponsor $450
  • 2nd Place Team Prize Sponsor $350
  • Random Team Prize Sponsor $250

SKILL PRIZE SPONSORS $350 each – The Medallion Club has three 9-hole courses, The Meadows, Rookery and Preserve. There will be CLOSEST TO THE PIN and LONGEST PUTT contests on each course.

HOLE SPONSOR $350 each – Choose to sponsor a hole on any of the 9-hole courses, Meadows, Rookery, or Preserve)

BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR $500 each – Feature your company name on the beverage carts at the outing.

TEE GIFT SPONSOR $50 each – Your tee-gift sponsorship will help to provide each golfer with a quality gift for attending.

RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSOR $325 each – Consider making a monetary or in-kind donation so we can purchase items to raffle at the outing.

Golf is limited to 144 players on a first-come, first-served basis, and we anticipate a sell-out.
